We are recruiting for the Dublin office of a highly successful UK-based private equity firm which is looking to hire a Compliance Associate. You will provide support to the operations of the Dublin-based fund management activities. This position involves liaising closely with senior members of the Dublin and London compliance teams, supporting key day-to-day compliance processes and helping to enhance the overall compliance framework, including compliance monitoring, policies and procedures, training, regulatory developments, and AML activities. Please note that our client is seeking someone able to be in the office for 5 days per week and who is highly likely to be already based in Dublin. Qualifications At least 12 months recent relevant compliance experience - ideally with buy-side experience. Genuine enthusiasm to build a career in compliance.
