Exclusive opportunity - Talent Acquisition Specialist - Donegal MCS Group are exclusively partnering with a global organisation as they seek to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team and play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and engaging top talent.

This role is initially a 6 month temporary assignment.

The role: You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for their business.

You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to develop robust talent pipelines, ensuring they have access to high-quality candidates for current and future vacancies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to make a real impact within a fast-paced, global environment.

The main responsibilities: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key business areas.

Utilise a range of sourcing techniques, including Linked In, job boards, networking, and referrals.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning priorities.

Engage passive candidates and nurture relationships to create a strong talent pool.

Provide market insights and talent mapping to support strategic recruitment initiatives.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience and uphold employer brand standards.

The ideal candidate: Proven experience in internal recruitment, talent sourcing, or executive search.

Strong track record in proactive sourcing and pipeline development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
