Description

Content Strategist - 11 Month Contract Want to create great experiences for our players? In EA's Worldwide Customer Experience (WWCE) team, we help our players wherever they are, whenever they need, get the most from their games. We aim to make EA known for taking care of its players. And we'd like you to join us. We're hiring a Customer Experience (CX) 11-month contract Content Strategist. As a Content Strategist, you’ll join the WWCE Content team and report to the Senior Manager, Content. You’ll focus on updating the content we have to direct players to the right channels, and creating new content as needed. You’ll also advocate for the reader, in our case players, and work tirelessly to make sure that what you write is easy for them to understand. Responsibilities You will write and edit help content that make it easy for EA players to find answers online and give EA game advisors the right info to help players when they contact us. You will use our house style guide and tone of voice to be personal, real, positive, and inclusive in everything you write. You will tailor communications to your audience, providing either in-depth expertise or a high-level summary depending on the situation; you're always aware of the size and leadership-level in your audience. You will seek opportunities to collaborate both inside and outside of the team, working with key stakeholders to accomplish your tasks. Qualifications You will have 3+ years' experience in writing, with proofreading and copy editing experience. You will have experience using an industry-standard style guide like the Chicago Manual of Style. You will have experience working with highly technical content. Nice-to-haves A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. An interest or passion in the video game industry.
