Responsibilities: Oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to handover Manage budgets, schedules, and resources Ensure compliance with Irish construction regs and contracts Lead project teams, fostering collaboration across consultants and subcontractors Handle contractual matters, claims, and risk management Requirements: Minimum 35 years experience in a Contracts Manager role (Ireland construction essential) Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract law Proven track record delivering large-scale residential/mixed-use projects Excellent leadership, organisational, and negotiation skills Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Why Join Us?
