Dublin to help them hire a diligent Credit Controller to manage credit control operations for their B2 B clientele. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any outstanding billing issues. If you are a proactive professional with experience in credit control, we want to hear from you!Job Title: Credit Controller (Part-Time)Location: Balbriggan Hours: Part-time role, 3 hours per day for 3-4 days a week Contract: Ongoing, Paid weekly through recruitment agency. Responsibilities: Oversee customer accounts to ensure prompt payment of invoices Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on overdue payments Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers as necessary Address billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner Prepare and distribute statements, reminders, and collection letters Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and payment statuses Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns Assess the creditworthiness of new customers and make informed credit decisions Requirements: Proven experience in Credit Control or a similar role, preferably within a B2 B environment Strong grasp of credit control principles and practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software Familiarity with credit management software is advantageous Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field is desirable Work Schedule: Part-time role, 3 hours per day for 3-4 days a week Flexible scheduling options available Benefits: Competitive hourly rate Opportunity to work with a reputable company in the hygiene industry Flexible work schedule to accommodate personal commitments If you possess the requisite skills and experience for this role, we encourage you to apply by submitting your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant qualifications and availability.
