Description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Crew Controller to join Europe’s Largest Airline! Based in our Head Office in Airside Business Park in Swords, the successful candidate will work in our Operations Control Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join Europe's leading airline and to gain experience in a busy working environment. This is a shift based position on a rotating '4 on / 4 off' basis and would include night shifts New increased pay with a starting package of €40,000 p/a plus an additional €6,000 annual performance based bonus. Package increases to €45,000 p/a after 1 year plus €6,000 bonus. Duties will include (but not limited to): • Tracking crew flight duties • Ensuring crew are within flight time legal limits • Accurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctuality • Developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing problems • Assisting with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions • Any other duties as requested by Operations Control management Requirements A high degree of flexibility will be required and the successful candidate should possess: • The ability to hold a Dublin Airport Airside ID • The ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure • Good problem-solving skills • Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality • Proven ability to work under pressure • A good telephone manner • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and/or EDCL would be an advantage) Benefits Competitive salary Discounted and unlimited travel to over 235 destinations Flexible Benefit allowance – Can be allocated as a mix of the below Matching Employer Pension Contributions Additional Annual Leave – Up to 5 days Tax Free Gift Voucher (up to €1000) Health Insurance Gym Membership Additional Taxable Pay Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of salary Additional yearly Annual Leave for long service (2 days after 5 years & 5 days after 10 years) Cycle 2 Work Scheme Unrivalled career progression
