Supervise day-to-day site activities for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works.
Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues.
Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Conduct inspections for concrete, rebar, formwork, steel structures, and architectural finishes.
Support QA/QC activities, including site inspections and documentation.
Enforce site safety regulations and promote a strong health & safety culture.
Report progress, manpower, and material usage to the Construction Manager or Project Engineer.
Skills and Qualifications
Diploma or certificate in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience supervising CSA or civil works on construction projects.
Strong knowledge of site practices, materials, and construction methods.
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
