About the Role:
As a Dev Ops Architect , you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Dev Ops practices and infrastructure. You will lead the setup and management of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management tools, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient software development and deployment lifecycles.
This is a -month contract position with a strong possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain a robust Dev Ops framework to support continuous integration and delivery.
Manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible .
Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts , YAML configurations, and Dev Ops pipelines in Azure Dev Ops .
Configure and integrate tools like j Frog and Sonar Qube .
Set up and manage cloud environments, particularly on Azure and optionally AWS .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support environment setup, deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.
Drive automation and process optimization to reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain documentation and SOPs to support knowledge sharing across the team.
Ensure security and compliance practices are integrated into the Dev Ops lifecycle.
Must-Have Skills:
+ years of relevant experience in Dev Ops and cloud infrastructure.
Strong expertise with Git , Azure Dev Ops , Power Shell , Ansible , Terraform , YAML , j Frog , and Sonar Qube .
Hands-on experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management.
Solid understanding of Dev Ops principles and CI/CD tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-facing experience and ability to lead technical discussions independently.
Experience managing a small Dev Ops team and work backlog.
Nice to Have:
Experience with C or Python .
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Understanding of Linux/Windows system administration and shell scripting .
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and Open Stack .
