Faade Manager: Faade Manager(Brickwork) required for a leading developer to work on a 2+ year residential project (housing and apartments) in South Kildare.

This role will suit the Faade Manager with previous experience in a similar role in Ireland or the UK with a main building contractor.

We will also consider / Ex- Master Craft Brick layer / Super Structure COWs.

Our client has a very strong pipeline of work in the residential space generally outside the M50.

Responsibilities: Coordinate the installation sequence for faade components.

Manage the delivery of materials at appropriate phases to ensure project continuity.

Review and close out weekly Bcar Inspection reports in relation to the superstructures.

Ensure all work adheres to building regulations, health and safety guidelines, and environmental standards, maintaining the highest quality.

Requirements: Degree, Higher Diploma, HETAC qualification, or equivalent trade experience.

Strong knowledge of brickwork and traditional form of construction.

Proven experience managing teams of 12-15 staff in a construction environment.
