Key Responsibilities Prepare budgets and revised forecasts for the Irish Agencies throughout the year, including client profitability analysis;Prepare and review monthly payroll reports and cost allocations/recharges between the various SBUs;Prepare and review multiple entities' balance sheet reconciliations to ensure standard processes and formats are being adhered for all;Support the review and remediation of outstanding and aged items within the Balance Sheet with relevant teams, key areas being WIP, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;Review intercompany balance reports distributed by Shared Services and work with them to resolve any aged balances;Review of general ledger coding of invoices and POs in SAP for all office costs incurred as well as personal and company credit card expenses;Work with billers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of fees;Support operational best practice, ensure local application of Group Standard Policies and Procedures;Respond to frequent queries from senior management, controllers, non-finance employees and auditors; Other Ad Hoc projects and reports as directed by the Financial Controller.
