Experience at Chief Executive or Senior Mgmt. level with responsibility for service provision, staff and operational budgets of relevant complexity. Accomplished track record in strategic delivery. Possess the financial acumen, excellent communication and public presentation skills required to fulfil this crucial role. Experience Third level qualification, ideally to post-graduate level. Core competencies required include strategic vision, leadership, ability to plan, financial and commercial skills, sound judgement, organisational awareness, communications, relationship-building and results orientation.
