Consulting Director Finance Transformation - EPM, ERP, SSC

What will I be doing?
Lead client engagements focused on reimagining finance functions, from strategy through to execution.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across industries.
Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and shaping proposals.
Oversee the delivery of complex transformation programmes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and value.
Act as a subject matter expert in areas such as finance operating models, shared services, automation, and analytics.
Mentor and develop a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in finance and technology to bring fresh thinking to clients.
What skills and profile will I need?
10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting and finance transformation.
Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting, and enabling technologies e.g. ERP, EPM, analytics tools (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAC, Tagetik and more).
Proven track record in leading transformation projects from design through to implementation.
Experience working with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite, and influencing decision‑making.
Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing others.
