Title: Head of Revenue UK/NI & Continental Europe Reporting to: Group Director of Rooms Revenue and Distribution Dalata Hotel Group plc (DHG)is Irelands largest hotel operator with a current portfolio of 56 four-star hotels with over 12,000 rooms and a pipeline of circa 800 rooms.

Boasting a portfolio of four-star hotels, Dalata successfully operates Irelands two largest hotel brands and has a strong presence in the UK, with a growing footprint across Europe.

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Revenue UK/NI & Continental Europe to join our Central Office team at an exciting time of growth and development.

The Head of Revenue UK/NI & Continental Europe is responsible for leading the revenue strategy across 25 hotels, driving growth, optimising profitability, and overseeing strategic pricing and inventory management.

This includes managing two Group Revenue Managers who oversee 25 hotel Revenue Managers, ensuring financial goals are met and consistent results are delivered.

Key Responsibilities: Revenue Strategy and Leadership Develop and implement the revenue management strategy for 25 hotels, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional goals.

Lead two Group Revenue Managers and provide guidance to hotel revenue managers to meet KPIs (e.g., Rev PAR, ADR, occupancy).

Demand Forecasting and Budgeting Oversee forecasting and budgeting across the portfolio, ensuring accurate demand projections and financial alignment with hotels.

Pricing and Inventory Control Define pricing strategies for the portfolio, optimising rates based on market demand and competitor activity.

Ensure inventory management is consistent and adjust based on real-time demand and market shifts.

Distribution Management Collaborate with the Online Distribution Manager to optimise visibility across OTAs, GDS, and direct booking channels.

Ensure rate parity across channels and strengthen distribution partnerships with OTAs and travel agents.

Collaboration and Communication Foster collaboration between Revenue Managers, senior leadership and other departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align strategies.

Market and Competitive Analysis Monitor competitive performance, trends, and pricing, adjusting strategies to ensure optimal positioning.

Reporting and Analytics Lead the development and use of revenue management and reporting tools, using data-driven approaches to optimise performance.

Training and Development Provide ongoing training and mentoring for Revenue Managers, keeping the team updated on industry trends and best practices.

Cost Control and Profitability Collaborate with Finance and hotels to monitor costs and optimise profitability while maintaining service quality.

Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in senior-level revenue management, managing multiple properties or teams.

Strong knowledge oftrends, customer behaviour, and competition in the UK hotel market.

Proficiency in revenue management systems (Opera, RMS) and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on maximising profitability.
