We are recruiting an experienced and dynamic Fast Food Restaurant Manager for our client’s busy and high-performing fast food restaurant in Co. Kildare. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to achieve business goals
- Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong and efficient team
- Oversee scheduling, shift management, and daily floor operations
- Ensure top-quality food preparation, service, and presentation standards
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including budgets, labor costs, and P& L
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast food or quick service restaurant
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in hitting targets and driving team performance
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
