As a manager of a small team, you will ensure effective work prioritisation, motivation and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and compliance skills.
Roles and Responsibilities Lead and supervise the reporting, data, and system management team, ensuring effective work prioritization, motivation, performance, and productivity.
Coordinate and oversee the production of reports according to contracted service levels and regulatory standards.
Manage data flow across multiple systems, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring core processes and functionalities are maintained or improved.
Conduct testing and validation checks to identify gaps or anomalies and maintain data integrity.
Collaborate closely with business managers and developer teams (internal, group, and service providers) to address reporting gaps and respond to change requests.
Serve as the senior point of contact for internal and external data and reporting queries.
Job Requirements Showcase a proven track record in data management and transformation or similar data-related processes, preferably within a diverse business landscape.
Knowledge of Irish financial regulatory reporting requirements.
Possess excellent communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in both written and verbal interactions.
Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is desirable but not essential.
Approach tasks with meticulous attention to detail, showcasing adept troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Flourish in managing multiple tasks and priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.
An added advantage is familiarity with financial or credit management systems.
