YOUR TASKS
The role will be split between financial control and fund operational oversight and control, offering the candidate an excellent insight into the day-to-day running of the Management Company and the operations of the Funds. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with all of the functional teams offering an excellent career path.
Financial Control

Preparation of monthly financial and management accounts
Preparation and filing of all financial regulatory reporting
Liaise with external auditors and delegates to assist with the management company audit process and funds' audit process
Maintain and oversee income/expense processing for management company and funds
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Operational Oversight and Control

Collaborate with other departments such as investment management, risk management, and compliance to ensure seamless operations
Monitor and oversee fund delegates to ensure compliance with fund documentation, investment guidelines, regulatory and taxation requirements
Manage client relations, communicating internally with all departments to ensure awareness of all client requirements and excellent levels of client satisfaction
Provide support for ad hoc projects and various designated persons as required



YOUR PROFILE

2-3 years qualified ACA, ACCA
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of financial instruments and fund structures
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS is preferred
Experience within a fund management company is a plus but not essential
