Role Overview The IT & Networks Finance Manager will lead the team supporting our IT & Networks department, managing all aspects of finance including P&L, budgeting, and forecasts. This role involves partnering with the IT & Networks division on various projects. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L and headcount reports. Provide insights into actuals and their impact on forecasts. Support the IT & Network Operations team in achieving financial targets. Collaborate with IT & Networks teams on forecasts, budgets, and project integration. Offer financial advice on projects through business partnering. Assist the CTO with financial matters related to IT & Networks. Calculate ROI for IT & Networks spend and incorporate benefits into forecasts. Manage financial projects related to IT & Networks. Oversee estate payments and IFRS 16 reporting. Review and improve processes and procedures regularly. Ensure financial systems integration with IT & Networks processes. Coordinate with auditors on IT & Network finance matters. Support group financial reporting and ad hoc projects. Lead and develop the finance team. Required Skills and Qualifications Qualified Accountant with experience in management reporting. Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting. Strong reporting, analysis, and communication skills. Commercial awareness and technical accounting expertise. Experience with telecommunications networks is advantageous. Benefits Hybrid working model with flexible options.
