Manage online activity with traffic acquisition, sales growth, membership program, promotional strategies, website maintenance, logistic arrangement, and CS coordination of the e-shop Implement and manage direct touch points to optimize sales and customer satisfaction and nurture customer journey, including CRM, eDM, etc. Work with IT and external vendor to implement Martech development Activating audience segments in different DSPs & advertising platforms, monitor the matched-rate and performance Monitor and optimize digital performance, analyze campaign outcomes & identify most effective advertising platforms / audience segments / creative assets and plan for the next campaign What a successful candidate looks like?   Degree Major in E-Commerce, digital marketing, business information technology or related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM/E-Commerce/digital marketing business Experience in using Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AA, GA360, and Tableau, CDP a plus but not a must Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Self-motivated, well-organized, and good team player with strong people management skill Strong analytics and communication skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Why joining Sony?
