It operates 88 Race Meetings a year, 37 Simulcasts days, a thrice-weekly Mark 6 Draw, 7X24 Digital Channels, 7X24 Football Betting Services on over 11,000 different leagues per year. The ultimate aim is to provide an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable turnover growth in a responsible manner. The Customer Management (New segment) team formulate and execute business strategies to increase participation, build customer loyalty and shape good wagering experience for the new young customers (aged below 45) with an ultimate aim of increasing customer satisfaction and turnover. The job holder reports to Senior Manager, Customer Management. The Job You will: Provide personal services through a single point of contact to target customers Identify ringleaders and high quality prospects at racecourses & event site like off course betting branch during race meetings and at racing events Develop and maintain relationship with customers through customer relations and grooming activities Provide dedicated customer services in assigned public venues in racecourses during race meetings Work closely with Customer Service, Event, Catering and other service teams to deliver the best customer experience Work as part of the effective and highly motivated team in delivering business targets and results Prepare excel & power point reports about customer development programs and KPI Ensure compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club’s businesses Undertake other duties as assigned by Line Manager. About You You should have: Tertiary qualification or above in any disciplines A minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in customer-facing environment such as airline and hospitality industry Good ice-breaking skills, out-going personality and can work as a team Ability to be presentable, confident, proactive, and detail-minded Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Cantonese Proficiency with Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint Availability to work on weekends, public holidays and at night time Interest and knowledge of horse racing would be a definite advantage Terms of employment The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
