He/ She will assist the Senior Manager to design and develop the unique ultimate customer journey, leveraging all the touch points the Club can offer for both the The Racing Club (TRC) and also Owners segment. He/she is one of the core members in the team in defining the Ownership strategy with a data driven approach which will be used as the foundation for both TRC and Owners engagement team to derive an engagement plan to nourish the emotional connection at every moment of the customer journey and to strengthen the attachment and loyalty of horse owners in the long run. The Job You will Assist in developing owners experience strategy and create a total ownership journey Be responsible for leading and formulating data analysis to facilitate owners retention and acquisition Assist in developing the new strategy for The Racing Club based on a fact and data-based approach. Analyse effectiveness of engagement activities and derive insights for further fine-tuning and improvement of engagement plan Develop the digitalization strategy & new initiatives for Owners engagement Review and drive engagement plan development based on data analytics and new concept/approach Help strengthen/develop the team’s strategic capability and develop customer-centric approaches with owners engagement Develop cross-departmental alignment and collaboration to generate insights on owners Define user requirements and work closely with stakeholders to develop and roll-out the new CRM system About You You should have Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. Previous working experience in consultancy, agencies, and luxury industry or CX/CRM/Digital capacity will be an advantage Proven track record of developing effective customer experience strategy and journey Previous experience in defining customer-first CX and digital strategies in high-end luxury will be an advantage Previous experience or knowledge of CRM system such as Dynamics is an asset An entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills Strong analytical and strategic mindset and problem-solving skillset. Ability to think unconventionally, proactive and work independently. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results Ability to multitask and ability to prioritize tasks. Detail-minded, excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills Strong leader and team player with good interpersonal skill Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
