This is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced team. You will be involved with a variety of projects including large-scale brownfield site development, landfill investigations, contaminated site investigations, renewable energy projects, and hydrogeology-specific projects such as long-term monitoring and modeling. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership, input, guidance, and review of Contaminated Land and Hydrogeology projects. Manage projects from inception to completion, including resources, budgets, technical oversight, and client communication. Design and manage geo-environmental site investigations and monitoring programs. Write and review technical reports including PSA, GQRA, and DQRA. Mentor junior staff members. Assist with recruitment and prepare financial reports for the Associate Director. Develop strong relationships with clients to support business growth. Manage tenders and develop proposals. Person Specification: BSc in Geology or related Environmental field. MSc in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related subject (preferable). At least 4+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Principal) experience. Chartered or willing to pursue chartership. Experience managing contaminated land or hydrogeology projects. Strong analytical skills and understanding of laboratory testing. Proficient in technical report writing and review. Excellent communication skills. Business development skills and client engagement. Self-motivated, autonomous, and decisive.
