We are a disability-friendly company and would welcome a conversation with you if you feel you might benefit from any reasonable adjustments to perform to the best of your ability during the recruitment process and beyond.About your teamRegulatory Reporting is a department within Global Asset Management Operations responsible for submitting various Regulatory submission and disclosures as required by law and financial regulations in Europe, Middle East, Asian and African jurisdictions.The Regulatory Reporting function is a global team based in Hong Kong, Dublin and Dalian covering all relevant regions.About your role The Manager will work with the wider team to build a new end to end reporting and reconcilaiton solutions to accommodate the changing regulatory landscape. It is the responsibility of the Manager to ensure the regulatory reports and reconcialtion are submitted with the highest accuracy and quality. You will work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Compliance, Legal, Technology and other Operations teams. The manager may also be responsible for leading various operational readiness and governance activities around the new reconciation and reporting processes.About youIdeally the successful candidate will have experience in EU/APAC based regulation specifically, EMIR, SFTR, ASIC & MAS or previous experience as a Business Analyst with experience in asset management operation. The role will focus on supporting post trade reporting teams around the current range of regulatory rewrites and implementation of a new vendor based reconciliation/reporting solution. The candidate will need to be a proven problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills.
