Overview Senior Tax Manager role at Yuno Energy in Dublin. The opportunity to own our tax and audit functions. This newly created role reports directly to the Group CFO and will have direct access to the Executive Team with regular exposure to the Board. You will be responsible for partnering across the finance function and wider business unit managers to ensure full tax compliance across the Group, maintaining strong governance standards. Responsibilities Tax Management Manage the preparation and submission of all Irish corporation tax returns for the Group. Oversee compliance with VAT, RCT (Relevant Contracts Tax), PAYE, carbon/environmental levies, and other sector-specific taxes. Lead the preparation of tax reporting under FRS 102, including current and deferred tax computations and disclosures for the Group. Monitor changes in Irish, UK and EU tax legislation (e.g., Pillar Two, green energy incentives) and assess impact on the business.
