Bio Talent are proud to be partnered with a growing regulatory consultancy in their search for a dynamic and results-driven VP of Regulatory Affairs.

As a major part of the SLT, you will be responsible for the growth of the RAservice provision and help position the businessas a leader in the life science industry.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Business Development and Marketing Financial Management Leadership Industry Leadership Service Delivery Excellence Client Relationship Management Continuous Improvement How will this be delivered? : Developing and implementing departmental strategy.

Contributingto Board meetings, presenting on departmental strategy, challenges, and plans.

Leading business development and marketing activities, identifying and creating new opportunities.

Cultivatingclient relationships, positioning the business as a strategic partner in providing regulatory advice for diverse product types.

Managingthe Regulatory department P&L, participating in budgeting, providing forecasts, and ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Leading,building, and developing the Regulatory team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Working closely with other departments to create synergies, holistic client solutions, and cross-selling opportunities.

Demonstratingexpertise in regulatory strategies for various product types.

Definingand developing the company's regulatory service offering throughout the product lifecycle.

Hiring and developing new, high qualityregulatory consultants.

Acting as a strategic partner for clients, supporting their current and future needs.

Improvingoperational efficiency Contributingto innovative and strategic decisions within the company.

Qualifications: A long track record of experience in regulatory affairs, with expertise in developing and implementing regulatory strategies.

Strong leadership skills, experience inteam development and strategic planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the life science industries and regulatory landscape.
