Job Description WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY: Assist in winning new contracts and retaining existing contracts. Conduct research, lead sales meetings and sales presentations. Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans for penetrating and expanding the BaxterStorey brand within Ireland. Establish and manage your own sales prospects pipeline. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ability to look for opportunities for business growth outside of the norm. Maintain the sales prospects CRM database. Prepare sales documents, tender responses, proposals, presentations, brochures, collateral etc. Co-ordinate all necessary support for sales activities. Manage and support the bid writing and tender process. Represent the company at internal and external meetings/conferences. Build a network within Ireland and attend external network functions i.e., Chamber of Commerce, IBEC, Industry events etc. Drive exceptional business value through a strong business network. Work in partnership with your regional team and other areas of the business to create a strong platform to grow new business. Regularly communicate with client and customers and ensure that we are continuing to meet and exceed the client and customers’ expectations. Ensure that you maintain the relationships with clients which helps build future networks and opportunities. To liaise with operational and support colleagues to ensure their positive input to proposals, presentations, and site visits. Manage the best possible location visits for potential clients. Ensure proposals and presentations offer clients appropriate but innovative food and service ideas. Follow business market trends and best practices to drive the business performance, building on expertise from both within the BaxterStorey culinary development team and the current market trends. Using this knowledge to enhance the client proposals as appropriate. Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:   Microsoft office applications including SharePoint, Forms, OneDrive, Outlook etc. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards. Strong knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies including CRM. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive performance and business growth. Proactive lead generation and prospecting skills Exceptional people & written communication skills Comfortable under pressure and working to deadlines. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Strong commercial and analytical skills.
