West Wood Club is a premium-priced family fitness club.
This position will require someone with the full commitment and drive to apply themselves 100% to keeping West Wood Club a premium club.
As a premium-priced club, our members expect and deserve a premium club backed up by exceptional five-star service.
This position will require someone who can contribute and deliver on that expectation.
West Wood Club depends on the successful management of its gyms, swimming pools, fitness classes, party venue & kids activity camps.
Most importantly, you will be required to always act in a manner that protects the integrity and exclusivity of the West Wood Club brand.
This member-focused position will require the commitment and ability to Follow instructions fully from the General Manager and to always deliver on time.
Quickly learn all aspects of the role.
Prioritise your tasks and responsibilities to ensure the efficient running of the club and the efficient delivery of the West Wood Club experience.
Take responsibility for the efficient running of all departments while on duty.
Fully support and ensure the seamless integration between all departments while on duty.
Anticipate problems before they happen and take the necessary action to prevent them happening.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Take full responsibility for implementing and managing the high standard of operation of the club while on duty.
Take full responsibility and fully implement all West Wood Club systems and procedures while on duty, including: o Member retention strategies- must have the ability to conceive, implement & deliver.
o Health & Safety procedures - experience or qualification a distinct advantage.
o Cleanliness systems and procedures.
o Maintenance management systems.
o Front desk systems and procedures- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
As operations manager on duty, you will need the ability to be able to operate under pressure while continuing to deliver on all responsibilities of the role.
This role involves regular evening and weekend work.
