Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, private equity, and other corporate finance transactions, including financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and deal structuring.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic objectives and providing tailored advice to achieve them.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional development.
Provide expert advice to clients on business valuations, market entry strategies, and capital raising opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposals, pitches, and marketing initiatives to grow the firms client base.
Work closely with other service lines within the practice to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
Qualifications and Experience ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Significant experience in lead advisory roles within a Big 4, boutique corporate finance firm, or investment bank.
Demonstrable expertise in M&A, private equity, and strategic advisory projects.
A strong network within the Irish business community is highly desirable.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
