Corporate Tax Manager MNC Position Description An excellent opportunity to join a significant tax team within a fast growing and highly successful MNC.

Reporting to the Head of Tax, key tasks will include: Tax Compliance - ensuring compliance with international tax obligations Tax advisory - to SLT, supporting strategic financial decision making and corporate structuring around M&A and financing activity Tax Accounting - working closely with the wider tax team in the global consolidation tax provision and local statutory account provisioning processes (current and deferred tax) under IAS Process improvement Tax Law - monitoring changes in tax legislation and their impact on tax strategies, assessing risks and opportunities Projects - interesting global tax projects ongoing Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: CTA qualified with min 4 years/PQE Big 4 training background Corporate Tax technical knowledge and strong tax compliance experience in industry or in Big 4 (Manager/ Senior Manager level) Organized self-starter, with ability to work independently, while also being a team player Strong stakeholder and project management skills About our client Our client is a fast-growing, highly acquisitive global tech company.
