Description
Job Purpose:
Bon Secours Health System are seeking an ambitious, creative, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Group Marketing team. This is a newly created position, which will support the launch and ongoing management of our new website and digital strategy.
The successful candidate will also support marketing activities across all channels, including website, social & internal. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital and have an interest in learning about the healthcare sector.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the successful launch and ongoing management of our new website:
Act as a content administrator for the website, working closely with local hospital sites on collecting, reviewing, and publishing content.
In collaboration with our digital agency track and optimise website, including SEO and reporting.
Support the roll out of new functionality.
Management of social media accounts including:
Management of content calendar.
Content creation for different channels.
Scheduling and management of posts & campaigns.
Monitoring of accounts.
Measurement and reporting.
Management of content for internal channels including:
Updating intranet with content requests from group.
Supporting in creation and review of content for internal newsletter.
Support in the development of compelling content including:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and style.
Copywriting and proofreading.
Management of internal asset bank.
Attend and support with the planning and organisation of Bon Secours Health System owned or sponsored events.
Support in the management of central database and CRM system.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards, in line with brand guidelines.
Assisting the marketing team with additional marketing projects as required.
Personal Specification
Essential Qualifications:
A 3rd level qualification in Business, Marketing, Digital, Communications or relevant field.
Essential Experience:
Prior experience in a marketing or a digital role.
Experience using CMS and CRM systems. (Desirable)
Project management experience (Desirable)
Experience managing and posting on social media (Meta, Linked In, Vimeo etc.).(Desirable)
Content Creation including Photography (Desirable)
Essential Skills:
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel.
Ability to create interesting content such as written, graphic and video.
Copywriting and proofreading skills and excellent attention to detail.
Creative flair with an ability to think outside the box.
Ability to be agile and embrace change.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
A team player who is willing to collaborate and support others as well as sharing own ideas.
Experience using graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe.(Desirable)
Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on performance.
