A new role has just opened within Client Services for a Dividends Associate. This is a permanent, full time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Dividends are recorded to client accounts in an accurate and timely manner;
- Ensure all market claim situations relating to Dividends are recorded and settled;
- Reconcile, as required and at a minimum on a monthly basis, all suspense accounts, including call accounts and rectify any outstanding positions on said accounts;
- Ensure all physical documentation is securely processed and any client’s entitlement protected as required.
- Track electronic dividend pre-advices from the various company paying agents, liaise with Finance to confirm receipt of funds and to credit the clients with the dividends in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in the development, implementation and subsequent monitoring of Management Information and Control Reporting mechanisms;
Requirements
- Business/Finance Graduate or equivalent;
- A good knowledge of Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat;
- A record of providing excellent customer service;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Problem solving skills;
- Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines;
- Strong processing skills.
