Division Financial Controller Sales & Distribution Position Description Newly created position with a B2 B Sales and Distribution company.

As the company gears up for further growth and development, this newly created position will report into a Divisional MD, and will head up the finance function for the division.

Key responsibilities will include: Financial Reporting, ensuring statutory and regulatory returns completed, annual accounts preparation and managing the audit process Management Reporting, P&L and KPI reporting and analysis and variance analysis Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management Team leadership (Finance Manager and Transaction Processing) across 5 business units Support Division MD with systems development, process improvement and ad-hoc projects Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Qualified Accountant with minimum 5 years PQE Finance leadership experience, Finance Manager or Controller level in industry Systems savvy involvement to some degree with a systems upgrade Commercial savvy, and career driven, interested in developing a long-term career with a progressive company Sales and Distribution experience a definite plus, with exposure to multicurrency and import duties About Our Client Our client is a growing Sales and Distribution company with an outstanding product portfolio, generating annual revenues c.
