The Role

As

Financial Operations Supervisor

, you’ll take ownership of a critical invoicing and revenue function, ensuring accuracy, control, and continuous improvement across a complex, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

·        Owning the end-to-end customer invoicing lifecycle

·        Ensuring revenue is captured accurately, completely, and on time

·        Driving process improvements to streamline and scale operations

·        Maintaining strong financial controls and governance

·        Overseeing Direct Debit processing within strict deadlines

·        Completing reconciliations using multiple data sources

·        Producing insightful billing reports and commentary

·        Building strong working relationships across the wider business

·        Supporting operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

·        3+ years’ experience in a Finance or Operations environment

·        Strong background in invoicing, reconciliations, or revenue operations

·        Confident stakeholder management and communication xyswxtq skills

·        A detail-focused, process-driven mindset

·        Proven experience improving or fixing operational processes

·        Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
