As a core member of the Financial Application Support Team, and reporting to the Project Manager implementing ERP and HCM, the Business Analyst is part of a global team who are responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud. Your Role: Proactively monitor and support the Oracle Cloud HCM environment, specifically Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC).Troubleshoot and collaborate to resolve complex functional and technical issuesParticipate in functional validation, setup, test and implementation for ongoing Oracle EBS and Cloud HCM production supportElicit, analyze, and manage requirementsMaintain project documentation, process maps, functional design documents and training materialsPerform data migration reconciliation and validation of ORC-related data (e.g., job requisitions and descriptions)Triage and manage issues, defects, and enhancements from implementation through to quarterly releasesSupport stakeholders on bug fixes and enhancements, from documentation to execution of project requirementsCoordinate and contribute to all phases of testing, including the development of test plans and test scriptsOptimize processes and solutions, implementing best practicesPerform impact analysis and assessmentsContribute to and support new technology projects that integrate and align with ORCElicit, design, implement and support reports and reporting requirementsProactively learn about upcoming releases and assess based on HR strategies and directionUnderstand day-to-day operationsandwork with other HR functional areas to correct discrepanciesSupport key HR users and overall user training.About You:Minimum 6 years of proven demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline is requiredMaster’s degree in information technology or other business-related discipline is an assetStrong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM (ORC, CoreHR)Cloud certifications in Cloud applications and experience in Talent Acquisition/RecruitmentExperience from other recruiting platforms such as Taleo or JobviteProficient with OTBI and other reporting tools to aid ad-hoc reporting and data analysisKnowledge of JIRA, Confluence,and SharePoint is an assetStrong project management skills, including a good understanding of project phases and lifecyclesExperience in HCM data management, including performing audits for accuracy and complianceBusiness-focused approach with strong interpersonal skillsMust be able to work independently with little guidanceMust be able to multitask and pay close attention to detailOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
