Our Renewals team is passionate about building lasting customer relationships that secure and expand revenue through strategic partnership. As an Inside Sales Representative for Renewals, you'll own a portfolio of customers, driving retention and identifying expansion opportunities. Your ability to articulate value, navigate negotiations, and proactively address concerns will directly impact our renewal rates and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Drive Renewals: Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and end users to negotiate and finalise renewal contracts on time Advocate for Customers: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Solutions, and Legal to resolve issues and ensure seamless experiences Manage Risk: Identify at-risk accounts early, develop mitigation strategies, and drive interventions that improve satisfaction and prevent churn Maintain Data Integrity: Keep customer records accurate and current, including buying programmes, renewal dates, contacts, and sentiment tracking Communicate Value: Articulate New Relic's value proposition clearly and compellingly, both verbally and in writing Drive Strategic Improvements: Recognise industry trends and contribute insights to enhance retention programmes What You'll Need Proven experience in sales, contract renewals, or customer success Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders Strong analytical abilities—comfortable using data to inform strategy and decision-making Effective time management and organisational skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment Bonus Points Dev Ops experience or familiarity Consumption-based selling experience Knowledge of established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)Please note: At this time, we are only considering candidates who have an independent and unrestricted right to work in the EU/Ireland.
