Hybrid Role: 3 Days Per Week On-Site in Dublin We're looking for an experienced and hands-on International Payroll Manager to take the lead on payroll operations spanning multiple countries across Europe, LATAM, and Asia.
This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to combine deep technical payroll expertise with inspiring leadership as you guide a dedicated team of two and partner strategically with our international payroll vendor.
You'll own the day-to-day operations from the ground up, ensuring flawless, timely payroll delivery while championing process standardization and building a culture where your team thrives.

A Typical Day Kicking off each day with dynamic planning sessions to align on critical deadlines and payroll priorities Orchestrating end-to-end international payroll cycles with precision—from reviewing inputs and outputs to authorizing wire approvals Serving as the trusted escalation point for employee payroll inquiries and delivering swift, thoughtful resolutions Stewarding relationships with external payroll vendors to guarantee seamless operations and bulletproof compliance Ensuring accurate review and filing of social security, tax, and pension obligations across diverse regions Empowering your team through hands-on mentorship while spearheading process innovations and standardization initiatives Driving cross-functional special projects and championing payroll system enhancements This Role May Be For You If You come alive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and expertly balance competing priorities You lead small teams with a collaborative spirit that motivates and inspires You're naturally proactive and solution-focused, spotting potential issues before they surface You communicate with clarity and confidence across internal collaborators and external partners You take pride in ownership and are passionate about refining and standardizing workflows You're equally comfortable diving into the details and stepping back for strategic oversight You build vendor relationships rooted in professionalism, trust, and mutual accountability You bring sharp analytical thinking paired with an unwavering attention to detail To Be Considered You'll need substantial payroll experience, including proven success as a payroll manager with direct people leadership responsibilities.
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is required.
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros), hands-on experience with Workday or Oracle, and a track record of managing outsourced payroll operations are highly valued.
