Our Strategic Advisory Services team brings together our integrated suite of design, technical, consulting and sustainability skillsets to help our clients navigate change, by developing smart responses tailored to their own particular operating environment. As part of our growth ambitions we are recruiting a Communications Advisory Consultant to work within our People and Communications team. Your responsibilities Lead on stakeholder engagement, consultation and strategic communications for clients, for both internal and external audiences Plan, coordinate, and execute sustainability and change management activities for clients on strategic advisory projects Create content and oversee the creation of collateral (publications, press releases, white papers, website copy, and more) Prepare presentations and reports Plan, deliver and facilitate workshops and events, both physical and virtual, including developing tailored content Support consultation delivery, managing stakeholder feedback and analysing consultation responses Work collaboratively and support colleagues across the project team Your Education/Profile 4+ years prior experience working in a client-facing engagement and communications role Proven success designing and executing engagement strategies and campaigns (including consultations) A sustainability mindset with an awareness of the economic, environmental and societal challenges facing organisations Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently, across multiple projects Superior written and verbal communications skills Report writing and solid editing and researching skills High degree of accuracy in executing work Good interpersonal and networking skills, highly articulate team player Degree qualified in area of business, communications, public relations, social sciences, journalism, change management, or a related discipline Interest in infrastructure, transport, urban and regional development What to expect at Arup: A multicultural and informal working environment where you can develop professionally by being part of a team who enjoy what they do.
