The Group is structured across two divisions: Ornua Foods and Ornua Ingredients. Ornua Foods is responsible for the marketing and sales of Ornua’s consumer brands including Kerrygold, Dubliner, Pilgrims Choice, Kerrygold, Avantage, Forto, and BEO. Markets are served by production facilities and in-market sales and marketing teams in Africa, Asia, Germany, Ireland, the UK, the rest of Europe, the Middle East, and the US. Ornua Ingredients is responsible for the procurement of Irish and non-Irish dairy products and for the sale of dairy ingredients to food manufacturing and foodservice customers across the world. Ornua Ingredients is also responsible for managing volatility through de-risking and trading strategies. The business is supported by production facilities in Saudi Arabia, Spain, the UK, the US and by in-market teams in Africa and the Middle East. Role Summary: Ornua Co-operative Limited is currently seeking to appoint a Business Process Analyst for Finance. The Business Process Analyst will support the successful implementation of our group transformation programme, Project Evolve, by leveraging the Ornua Operating Model to connect the business in the delivery of the Ornua vision. The Ornua Operating model defines the future ways of working that will deliver the Ornua vision, delivering multiple highly connected cross-functional processes. It connects the Ornua vision with operational execution and the ICT global template. Responsibilities: As part of the Finance workstream, evaluate, understand, agree and document business processes with Superusers & Subject Matter experts across Ornua Identify differences and gaps between current Ornua processes and the ‘Evolve’ business transformation global design Help to communicate Evolve processes within the Ornua end-user community Identify areas for continuous improvement within the Finance workstream Prepare Evolve programme documentation as required (status reports, change logs, RAID, etc) Arrange meetings (co-ordinate timings with stakeholders, circulate agenda, arrange logistics) with superusers and other stakeholders Document workshops and meetings to capture decisions made and actions agreed Track actions (via excel, Sharepoint, Microsoft teams as required) and follow up as required with those responsible Prepare presentations and update evolve business process documentation as required Become familiar with M3 functionality that supports Finance processes Support training activities as part of Evolve roll-outs Support system testing with superusers, including definition and documentation of incidents arising Support the Business Process Owner and teams in implementing best practice initiatives and the implementation of any supporting systems Required skills - Technical Ideally have a working knowledge of ERP systems including familiarity with M3 / Movex transactions (not compulsory) High level of competency in Microsoft excel and Microsoft office Required competencies / business experience Organisational skills including planning, time management and task management Excellent relationship building skills Clear communication skills (ability to prepare concise summaries and provide clear direction to others) Drive to close out actions Willingness to work across other discipline areas within Ornua (e.g. Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
