Part Time Payroll Specialist Permanent contract Roughly 20 - 25 hrs per week Hybrid Working The Role An excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to join a growing and dynamic team. This role involves managing outsourced payroll services for a varied client portfolio, with strong scope for development as the payroll function continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Processing payroll for multiple clients across a range of pay frequencies Preparing payroll-related reports and documentation Managing and filing statutory returns in line with Revenue requirements Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including Auto Enrolment and expense reporting obligations Maintaining and updating payroll processes and procedures Acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling payroll queries and providing support Working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Requirements IPASS qualified Proficient in Microsoft Excel Enthusiastic and hard-working team-player with excellent communication skills Passionate about payroll with excellent organisational and mathematical skills Responsible, engaging, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations Experience in a bureau environment an advantage but not essential Team & Environment Join a collaborative payroll team supported by tax and accounting specialists Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager Exposure to a broad client base, from SMEs to large multinational organisations, with a particular emphasis on international clients About the Company Long-established boutique professional services firm Dublin city centrebased with a team of approximately 50 employees Provides a full suite of services including audit & accounting, tax compliance and advisory, business advisory, and outsourced corporate services Diverse and high-quality client base, including established Irish businesses, multinational subsidiaries, and a strong not-for-profit portfolio Part of a global professional network, offering international exposure and collaboration opportunities Skills: Payroll Processing Payroll Administration Payroll Benefits: Hybrid Working Performance Bonus
