Our current hybrid work mode is Mon-Wed work from office (WFO) and Thu-Fri work from home (WFH)ResponsibilitiesManage and measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goalsWork effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomesCollaborate with various functions, and drive engineering initiatives Guide engineering technical strategy and roadmapsCommitment to high code quality and delivery requirementsRequirements8+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management building holistic web-based software solution, API design, and interactions between servers and clientsClear communication - both written and verbal with English fluency to work in cross-functional and international teamsDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environmentDemonstrated experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management, with minimum experience of yearsBA/BS in Computer Science or related fields (In lieu of degree, 4+ years work experience)
