This role will provide Support to the CMO and Team (Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical Science and Clinical Operations): with all on-going activities such a KOLs engagement and meetings, advisory boards, attendance of any critical meetings.

It will also be responsible for overseeing the contracting, Budget tracking, Branding and Congress Support for the CMO and extended team.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracting:

· Ensure clinical science, medical, market access & commercial departmental contracts and purchase orders are compliantly executed, a system for tracking of project milestones is established and maintained.

· Work closely with Program Management and teams to ensure contract prioritisation communication to Legal.

Budget tracking:

· Assist with All Clinical and Medical and Market access & commercial department budgets tracking by working with each department leader and CMO and with Program Management on vendor set up, and onboarding.

· Coordinate with Finance to maintain high visibility into vendor invoicing against purchase orders on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Brand Team Support:

· Plan and coordinate logistics for the Brand Team meetings, including scheduling planning meetings, coordinating agenda, contracting with external venues/vendors to support execution, communicating with attendees around logistics, and on-site meeting support.

Congress Support Lead:

· Provide congress planning and logistics leadership: lead the planning, coordination, and on-site execution for presence at key medical congresses, patient meetings, and medical events in accordance with legal and compliance guidelines.

· Coordinate Medical department and CEO attendance at priority medical congresses, including registration, pre-attendance prep meetings, shipment of materials, booth build, and in-booth furniture and fixtures coordination.

· Secure sponsorships including booth space, symposia timeslots and chase deadlines.

· Manage budgets, tracking, and reporting for meetings and congresses.

· Support the operations aspect of publication and congress planning to assist with author communication, contracting and agency support.

On-boarding process:

· Take the lead and organise the necessary aspects of the on-boarding process for in coordination with HR, Quality, Legal, Medical, Device team and any other relevant functions and ensure it is rolled out to all new hires.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Support in the future any committees created at such as IST review committee, funding committee etc. Project management support of select medical affairs projects with meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting notes and tracking action items.

Experience and Education:

· A strong fit with the team and willing to “roll their sleeves up”

· Excellent communication Skills

· Excellent Project Management Skills

· Good understanding of pharma, commercial, and most of all congress management and support

· Resilient, highly energetic and enthusiastic

· A self-starter and comfortable working on their own initiative.

· Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously under direction and prioritise workload.

· Maintain a professional and positive attitude and present clear instruction/direction to team members.

· Proven ability to successfully achieve results within a multi-cultural and geographically diverse cross-functional team.

· Flexible, able to adjust, embrace and drive change.

· Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and establish connections between departments.

· Demonstrated ability to engage with KOLs and other important stakeholders such as payers, patient groups etc on behalf of senior management to organise meetings and manage continuous interface with them.

· Understanding of Pharmacovigilance

· Excellent knowledge on how medical, commercial, market access, supply chain departments operate /

· Strong ability to chase timelines.
