As a Product Manager, in the Merchant Services team, you will support the development, delivery and management of our Global performance and authentication solutions. You will play an important role in defining the customer journey and experience, roadmap planning and cross-functional project execution. Job responsibilities Lead the product delivery for 3 DS, exemption manager and other payment authentication technologies.
Work closely with engineering to drive the development and scaling of new features and products
Ensure products meet market needs, regulatory requirements, and payment network specifications, adapting to global and local needs.
Drive the implementation and oversee the end to end lifecycle of our authentication solutions to enhance security while providing a smooth and seamless customer experience
Understand the technical requirements of 3 DS and have experience of large scale client integrations.
Conduct research and analyze industry trends to evaluate the competitive landscape and identify best practices.
Monitor product performance through reports, dashboards, and periodic stakeholder reviews.
Collaborate with internal partners to maintain a leadership position for JPMorgan payment services in merchant processing funding.
Manage the product roadmap, balancing stakeholder inputs and thin-sliced release outputs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Significant experience or equivalent expertise in the card payment risk and authentication space, with a specific focus on EMV 3 DS and exemption scenarios
Strong knowledge and experience working with European SCA regulation, ideally in a product management or a relevant domain area
Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver end-to-end payment authentication experiences, including launch, and iteration.
Familiarity with EMV 3 DS specifications and other emerging authentication technologies.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization including an appreciation for working with global teams and navigating cross-cultural or cross-functional collaboration.
Proven track record of managing new product launches or transformations of mission-critical payment platforms.
Familiarity with digital payments, merchant acquiring, B2 B commerce, or financial technology.
Experience of the European payments market (APAC experience is a plus) Financial services, fintech, or payments experience
Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for complex, large-scale initiatives.
Strong ability to analyze opportunities and problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written).
Strong influencing and partnership skills to drive cross-functional teams.
