This is a hands‑on commercial operator role focused on contracts, negotiations, pricing, invoicing and compliance. You will protect Entegro’s margin by ensuring projects move smoothly and contractually sound.

Contracts & WIP knowledge institutionalised.
Variations and claims resolved without margin leakage.
Invoices issued and collected on time, cash predictable.
Projects receive reliable commercial support.
Commercial function seen as a partner, not a bottleneck.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
Manage contract variations, change orders, claims and dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (NEC/FIDIC/JCT or similar).
Escalate commercial issues to senior leadership.
Provide detailed costing and pricing support for bids and tenders.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial leaders to assess scope.
Flag early risks and capture them in proposals.
Provide day‑to‑day commercial support (reconciliations, POs, AFPs, pro‑formas).
Track and report commercial performance of projects.
Ensure timely invoicing and collections, coordinating with Finance.
Protect Entegro’s position while maintaining strong client partnerships.
Deliver weekly/monthly reports on contracts, claims and WIP.
Maintain commercial risk register and support internal audits.
Provide commercial insights for SLT decision making.
Mentor junior commercial or contract support staff.
Qualifications
8+ years in commercial or contract roles in telecoms, utilities, construction, or engineering.
Strong contract negotiation, claims and dispute resolution experience.
Proficiency in cost planning, budgeting and risk management.
Excellent communicator, able to handle client escalations and internal stakeholders.
Organised, detail‑driven, capable of managing multiple live contracts.
