What you'll do As a Senior Data Analyst, you are highly curious about data and passionate about storytelling.
You will directly support top-line business metrics driving growth and retention across Docusign.
You’ll focus on improving quality, driving adoption with internal teams and delivering core analysis to influence business decisions specifically within Finance.
You build out the data story that helps our executives to understand the opportunities and accelerate decisions, and you are comfortable presenting analytics-based insights to diverse audiences and tailor your message based on the technical aptitude of your end users.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills, analytics and consultative skills, and customer engagement skills.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Data Product Management.
Responsibility Collaborate with multi-functional teams to track and analyze key performance indicators while applying the in depth knowledge of Bookings and Revenue Collaborate with Finance partners to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights and reports Gather requirements from stakeholders and work with engineering teams for execution Find opportunities to streamline data analysis, implement new technologies and improve the experience of our internal customers Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support in data analysis techniques, standard processes, and tools Provide data-driven support for Finance partners and enhancement requests Apply data modeling skills to analyze data and derive meaningful insights Present data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management and customers, effectively communicating complex findings in a clear and concise manner Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
Access to an office location is required.
(Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.

What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Finance Preferred Knowledge in subscription business model Experience with ML modeling and forecasting Experience in Oracle ERP or CRM platforms Strong knowledge of Bookings, Revenue, ACV and other key finance metrics Strong analytical approach and a passion for extracting meaningful insights Proven expertise navigating Tableau, Salesforce and Snowflake Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets Solid functional understanding of Finance Proven track record of supporting business-critical data and reporting at large Saa S companies Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
