Senior Programme Manager (Payments) Dublin/Cork/Hybrid My client is a market leader in the Digital and Retail Banking space, looking for a Senior Programme Manager to lead the development and delivery of their Payments Platform.

You will be responsible for the Payments technology function including the software design and development, leadership of the production support teams, and ensuring all solutions delivered align with architectural design standards.

You will develop an environment of innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on quality, process development, and cost management and drive a culture and commitment to excellence in the delivery of these Payments-focused solutions.

Senior Programme Manager (Payments) - Experience required: At least 7 years of experience in Payments programmes including leading cross-functional teams.

Solid experience in Retail Banking/Financial Services including business case development and financial governance.

Strong Stakeholder Management experience with the ability to tailor your communication style/language to technical and business stakeholders.

Deep knowledge and understanding of Risk Management and Mitigation within a financial services setting.

Experience in delivering change utilising Agile.
