We have always recruited across Sales / Marketing /Customer Operations and are a market leader in this space with an extensive database of candidates and range of clients. 

In your role as a senior recruitment consultant, you will; 

  • Source the best candidates on the market to meet our client’s requirements across Sales / Marketing /Customer Operations and be able to turn your hand to other diverse project roles as required 
  • good experience in Job analysis and understanding client requirements 
  • Manage the recruitment process and candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage
  • Account Management- develop our relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring we provide a first-class client experience
  • Grow and nurture your candidate/client network
  • Ensure efficiency in time to hire and other SLA’s are met
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure we are all working as a collective to achieve companywide goals.

    • What do I need?

  • More than 2 years commercial experience in a recruitment agency or TA role with good knowledge of recruiting Sales / Marketing /Customer Operations
  • Desire to working with clients in delivering a service 
  • Ambitious, self-starter with high personal standards and expectations.
  • Inquisitive nature with the ability to listen actively to your candidates and clients.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work 3 days a week in our city centre office in Dublin

  • Highly competitive commission structure with an OTE of €61k - €65k but uncapped
