North Dublin - 2 days in the office

Must have telecommunications background

€75k - €85k base + healthcare + pension

Our client is a leading Irish telco company with a strong reputation for delivering top class telecommunication solutions.

In this position you'll be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of ensuring the provision of data and voice services to their valued customers within the confines of SLAs. Your primary focus will revolve around identifying efficiencies and refining processes to uphold impeccable quality standards, both onsite and internally. An integral aspect of your role will entail championing best practices both within our organization and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

Align the Service Delivery Department with the short- and long-term strategic objectives of the company

Develop and oversee the annual budget, along with monitoring and reporting on financial performance.

Generate and manage weekly/monthly reports on key performance indicators for Senior Management, ensuring adherence to SLAs within the delivery pipeline.

Ensure operational alignment and compliance between the company and third-party contractors.

Collaborate closely with the Director of Customer Operations and the Customer Experience Manager to implement enhancements and process refinements aimed at elevating the customer experience.

Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety duties in the capacity of Client/PSDP/PSCS and Contractor, while also managing and reporting on any contractual risk mitigations.

Supervise the configuration of all customer equipment prior to dispatch.

Key Skills / Qualifications:

7+ years of extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry, with a specialized focus on delivering data circuits to business clientele.

Possess a data-driven mindset coupled with robust reporting abilities.

Demonstrate a profound comprehension of various data technologies, encompassing DSL, Fibre services, and Vo IP technology.

Proven proficiency in managing third-party suppliers. • Exhibit exceptional leadership skills, adept at mentoring, training, and motivating staff.

Exhibit a customer-centric approach, coupled with flexibility and a proactive attitude towards issue ownership.

Showcase sound factual-based decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Display outstanding attention to detail, coupled with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and provide guidance to the team in prioritization efforts.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
