The organisation’s Operations Planning department plays a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and optimising operations to achieve business objectives.

As a Strategic Operations Analyst, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to analysing complex challenges, developing strategic solutions, and driving operational efficiency.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with consultancy experience to leverage their skills and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify operational challenges, analyse processes, and propose strategic solutions.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, gaining insights into diverse business areas to inform decision-making.

Work closely with senior leadership to develop medium to long-term operational strategies aligned with organisational goals.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations through thorough analysis, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and maximising value.

Lead strategic projects from conception to implementation, ensuring effective planning, execution, and evaluation.

Conduct benchmark analysis to identify industry best practices and opportunities for operational improvement.

Utilise advanced analytical techniques to assess key performance metrics, providing insights into productivity, resource allocation, and performance trends.

Develop compelling business cases to support strategic initiatives, assessing risks, benefits, and resource requirements.

Your Skills Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a minimum of three years’ experience in a consultancy firm or similar environment.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modelling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Proven track record of project management and delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point.
