Company: Marsh Description: Marsh Ireland seek a curious Technical Delivery Project Manager, to work on a major transformational initiative, disrupting how essential financial services are delivered to consumers worldwide.
Joining a team of digital technologists, your role will be to help drive successful delivery of high-profile projects as part of Marsh Digital Client Experience products - Marsh's enhanced analytics and risk insights platform based on micro services framework of reusable components.
Working within Marsh Technology, you will be responsible for creating and managing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation in support of Digital solutions delivery across a global, client-facing portfolio.
As our TPM, you will be point of contact on programmes, initiatives, and established milestones; in addition to assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support to complete their work.
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and achievable.
As we build our Dublin Innovation Centre, you can help us evolve our Scaled Agile model.

We will rely on you to: Ability to run dev/test teams in agile mode, sprints or kanban.
Develops, communicates, and oversees a project plan for project teams.
Determines team member responsibilities and holds individuals accountable.
Identifies, manages, and escalates issues and risks as appropriate.
Works with limited supervision, provides feedback on project status and deadlines.
Monitors progress of programs/projects through project plans and regular status meetings; to ensure stakeholder, sponsor, and/or client expectations are being met.
Facilitates gateway reviews for business-critical projects.
Own production releases.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to have: Hands-on project or programme management experience, ideally across the data analytics space.
Strong experience in developing and managing full stack applications and big data solutions.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to consult, negotiate and influence, and develop relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
A sound background in Software Development or Engineering, ideally in the following skills: MEAN, MNAN, MERN, REST API's, AWS, Databricks.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing expectations and requirements.
Experience with various tools such as ADO and Planview.
Experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery lead, ideally within large programs.
What makes you stand out: Scrum Master or other relevant certifications such as MSP, PMP, Prince II or SAFe.
Consulting experience or client-facing experience in insurance/financial services.
Experience of CI\CD and Kubernetes , data and application architecture.
A passion for and curiosity toward understanding complex use cases and delivering optimized solutions to make them successful.
