Technology and Data Strategy Manager (SVP)Our client in Financial Services is looking for a data driven strategy manager to lead new business value propositions by leveraging data insights and the latest technology platforms. In this role you will: Drive the Data and Analytics Strategy that will optimise business growth and operational efficiencies Be a champion for a data insights Develop strong relations across the entire organisation, understand challenges and needs and translate them into actionable digital initiatives Enhance and optimise business processes Partner with stakeholders to build product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization Own and enhance the data related technology roadmap including EDW, ETL, Analytics, AI, ML and reporting capabilities Manage all data platform related 3rd party service providers Requirements: Proven experience as a Transformation and Change Leader in a similar role, leading medium-large scale transformation programs which delivered business value Extensive Data Analytics, Management, Business Process Management & Improvements experience Min 10-12 years’ experience in IT with at least 5 at a leadership level Strong interpersonal and influencing skills Technical background with extensive understanding of different technology platforms including EDW, AI, ML, Reporting platforms Strong organisational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and managing of multiple competing priorities
