Biochip Production Manager - DungloeOur client has an opportunity for highly motivated and dedicated individual to work within their growing Biochip Formulation Department in Dungloe as a Biochip Production Operator. Key tasks and responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the Biochip formulation department to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Biochip formulation and QC departments. The establishment and adherence of procedures in the department. Ensuring accurate and adequate records are kept covering all products and processes. Review and approve all products for release. Creation of efficient schedules and allocation of work and duties. Identification of process improvements. Training and development of staff and completion of regular training reviews. Use and maintenance of the Sage stock control systems. The candidate: Essential: Be qualified to at least degree or have experience in manufacturing. Have proven leadership skills. Be highly motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team or individually. Be computer literate. Working knowledge of quality systems. Desirable: Experience at a managerial level.
